Providence Fire Station-
Addition and Renovation
Towson, Maryland
New apparatus bays and renovated member services building.
Challenges included adding a bay without making the building
footprint any wider. Facility included new bunk room, showers,
toilets, kitchen, day room, exercise-weight room,
large training
space, call center and offices.

Boring Fire Station- Addition and Renovation
Boring, Maryland
The existing Fire Hall was renovated into much needed new
member services space. Spaces include dayroom, kitchen, showers,
toilets, bunk room, and display area. A new Fire Hall with new toilets
was designed to replace the old antiquated space and facilitate the
very active and
growing hall uses.

Lutherville Fire Station Addition and Renovation
Lutherville, Maryland
This project is located in historic Lutherville, MD and the fire company wanted a building that better fitted into their neighborhood. New Spaces include three new apparatus bays, new training facilities, kitchen, dayroom, showers, toilets, offices, board room and storage. Project also includes elevator andemergency generator. This project is currently in design.
